worst ever
I placed an order over a month ago with ZADOO. They gave me a tracking number. I still have not received it. I have no way to contact the company. The email DO NOT work.I had bought a Puzzle table on Mother’s Day. From these people an innocent act. After reading these reviews and wondering where my order is after paying express delivery I was scammed. I tried calling the number has to many numbers. Tried emailing came back as sender has false domain. Be aware. I fell victim to them on Facebook.

Don't fall for these people ... I ordered Summer dresses and suppose to get some free gifts with them ... the order came and it was 2 packages alright ... each one held a harmonica... these people are rip-off artists... I tried calling the phone number that was on the site. "Thasir.com" surprise (not) it was no longer in service... I also emailed them. They of course did not reply.Do not fall for these things... if the price seems too good to be true ... it is.

Wrong Product, no Refund
This company is the parent company of a website that I attempted to order a vanity through - AlarmChip.com - based on Social Media posts. I felt that I did my due diligence, read reviews and posts, looked for others in my country who ordered the same product and posted photos, and searched the website for a refund policy (which there was) so I felt safe in my purchase. At the worst, I expected the product to show up super late or for there to be damage to the product but what happened was not what I had expected.Around 6 weeks after making my order, a package finally arrived. I was a bit concerned when the delivery notice said the order had been delivered to my Community Mail Box - how was a vanity supposed to fit in my community box? That box is meant to fit letter mail and magazines. At most, it would fit a small box but definitely NOT a vanity. So when I check my mailbox (hoping for a delivery slip telling me to go to the post office), I see a small bubble package and my heart sinks - what is this?! Well, the package contains a cheap pair of sunglasses. I'm disappointed, but knowing there's a posted refund policy I expect this won't be an issue. Boy was I wrong!
We are now on 5 weeks of emailing back and forth. The company thinks it's appropriate for me to pay international PRIORITY shipping to send back the $5 pair of sunglasses - only then will they issue a full refund. The other option is that they will issue a partial refund - 55% of what I paid - and I get to keep the garbage sunglasses. The reason for this? Because they paid shipping for the product.
To give some perspective - the cost to ship international priority will be MORE than what I initially paid for the product I ordered. So I'd actually lose money. I'm still emailing with their support team, explaining why this is completely unfair and disgusting business practices but they're insistent that I cover their costs for their mistake.
Anyone know where a formal complaint can be made?
Saw advertisement and order 2 TVs, never received them, there has to be a way the Government can shut them down, even the web site. We do not deserve this. They need to be locked up. Who is looking out for the welfare of the consumer. First of all we buy from (oversee) at a reasonable price. Then that is not good enough and they take and run likes
thief's with your information and money. Before they can
post any advertisement they need to be checked out thoroughly. They need to be held in accountable .
Waiting for my Order
I ordered buy one get one free narrow storeage units on about 4th or 5th April 2023. I had email confirmation on 6th April 2023 that mu order had been received and processed. I have emailed Vampi and Aplo but to date have not received a reply or refund. I have phoned using the number provided but no one there to answer. I think I have been patient but see to day that Atee are still advertising the same product at the same price. Scammers! Liars and thieves! This company operate under MANY websites all different names. I ordered a screen extender for the computer and received a small embroidered handbag! With the company stating that the 'shipping company' made the error. Promises of refund but retaining the shipping costs (because it wasn't THEIR FAULT the shipping company sent wrong item). I was going to order the heater 3 seat scooter. $49.56 but after reading all your complaints I think I won't bother. I hate when they advertise and it looks legitimate, etc. but I decided to google the company name where I read all your reviews, people should get together and do class action suit against them. I hate advertisements through facebook (it was through my uno game) show advertisements, etc. I am sorry people victims, but I think I reconsidered the hassle, I don't want cheap pair of sunglasses and using shipping which seems to be their excuse and keeping people's monies.I thought it was too good to be true and I am glad I did my homework. I ordered an electric bike and never received it. I was hoping it was a great deal but it was a total scam.So did I, I received wooden chopsticks and spoon. These scammers are not very good for people with disabilities vert very sad about this it has put my recovery back into depression

I ordered some items from the company and never received the item even though they said it was delivered. I reached out to them and they stated they would resend it with a more secure shipping company, weeks went by, and never received it I emailed them about it and they said the shipper had not provided a tracking number and to be patient. I emailed them again after a week and they said that the shipper had lost the package and that they could give me 50% off to purchase the item locally. I asked for a refund and they say they can only give me so much because the shipment was lost so they could not refund the shipping I told them from the receipt of my purchase I was never charged shipping and I wanted my full amount refunded. I did the same thing, really was hoping it was legit as I thought the raised planter beds were great looking! Supposably my order was delivered, but I never received it and when I complained, the support email account they used magically couldn't be found. I came to the same conclusion, the Meledo Company Limited has at least four websites that I researched. I may do more research and see if I can file a complaint against the Meledo Company. I learned about these scams the hard way too several months ago.
I made two purchases from 2 different websites that not only totally legit, but created a web address using a large retail store's name.
Luckily, I used PayPal and they refunded my money.
When I Google looking for something that i want to purchase, these types of websites appear quite often.
I now know that if a price listed is much lower than other retailers, that it's a scam, and I never order from anyone that doesn't have a PayPal payment choice.
These sites are everywhere advertising all different types of items!
I wish Google would have a team that truly investigates these websites.
I don't think that they're very dedicated to these investigations because there's so many of these websites.
Meledo is a scam set up where PayPal wouldn't even refund your money because you seem to be able to contact them for shipping information. They have to be creating false shipping numbers showing items delivered by a large legitimate carrier.
As long as they provide that number to PayPal, then PayPal doesn't investigate any further and won't refund your money.
I've been seeing the same cabinet that I would love to have that I know costs at least between three and four hundred dollars on multiple websites created by scammers.
Meledo has a picture of it priced at around $40.00.
They advertise that if your order is at least 49 dollars, that they'll ship for free.
That cabinet weighs about 100 pounds and they're shipping address says Londan, England.
There's no way possible that even someone's local store would deliver it for free.
Shipping would be at least several hundreds of dollars for that cabinet to be shipped to the US.
I noticed that their order page has a section for you to pick your country out of several countries listed all over the world
That means that they're pretty large because they're scamming people all across the world.
It's because you can contact them even though they're always just lying to everyone, and that they provided a shipping number showing delivered that keeps them from getting kicked off of Google.
Google needs to do a lot more further investigation of the complaints about these companies that are becoming more and more knowledgeable about how to appear legit.
I don't know the date of your comment, but if you haven't received your refund, you never will.
Also, if they only had credit and debit cards for options of payment and you gave them any of those numbers, I would personally cancel the card with my bank and have a new number issued.
I now know that if the price of something is too good too be true, then it's always a scam!

This is false. When I contacted customer service and they asked me to return the toothbrushes or buying them, the option to mail it was to this address:

One is six years old shop [email protected] is the email that sends confirmation. None of the ending extensions of .com even exist. eg. www.shopexr.com or www.oppeem.com. I tried. Just thought I would add this.
