I purchase two foldable rocking chairs for outside. Paid 19.99 for each and 7.99 for shipping. Ordered them April 7th 2021. They gave me a tracking number and have recieved nothing. It's now been a month. Don't know if they are scammers. So I have beened scammed 43.00

They are scammers and go by many names. Did you go through PayPal? If so stay on them and you will get your money back! Don't takr any offers jist insist you want your money back!

My husband ordered two funny christmas sweaters (his and hers) from Freelandity (Meledo Company Limited). They sent one sweater in the wrong size. I contacted them for a reshipment of the correct size. They said they did not have the size we ordered anymore. They offered me an insulting % refund and to keep the shirt. This is unacceptable. Per their return policy we are eligible for a refund and nowhere does it state that they do not provide shipping labels. They are saying I need to pay for the shipping cost back to China. This is a shipping error on their part and I want a full refund for both the shirts! If they provide a shipping label I will send them back but I'm not paying for shipping out of my pocket! 23 emails back and forth and they are continually dodging paying me the refund I'm due.

Same! I ordered shoes from them! 2 pairs! I’m out $75. My shoes never arrived. As soon as I asked for a refund, they dropped communication! Don’t go to this shop ever! Terrible!

I saw an ad for a sweater on Instagram from this site called Freelandity that I wanted to purchase it as a Christmas present. I ordered it at the beginning of December 2020. The package finally arrived at the beginning of January 2021, at which point I no longer wanted or needed the item. I emailed [email protected] to inquire about returning it, as their website stated. They are giving me the runaround about keeping the sweater, or giving it to someone else or selling it myself. They have not provided me any information on how to return the item. Their website states items must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. I paid $43.98, and discovered they are located in the United Kingdom.

I purchased an item online. They shipped me the wrong item. They do not want to send me a shipping label to return the wrong product and they only want to give me 15% credit. This was there error and they will not credit my money back.

I purchased shoes from Doriscloth on 5/17/20, and to this day I haven’t received my delivery or I haven’t received a tracking number for the package, but the only means of communication is via email I’ve emailed this company over 20 time and the same email keeps coming back, the person sending the emails name is Blair I’ve asked for a contact phone number and she emails me back saying they only communicate via emails, I’ve asked a numerous time to return my money and Blair said my order is being processed so they can’t refund my money.
