Apparently Meledo Company Limited also own a website called sifirear.com I ordered 2 x 3D garden fairy ornaments dancing with a dandelion. After waiting for a month and not receiving them I had to email twice before they finally arrived 6 weeks later.
I was so disappointed and upset when the parcel finally arrived as the 3D garden fairy ornaments that I thought I had purchased turned out to be cheap counterfeit fairies made from tin and nothing like the ones that are pictured on the website. To make matters worse one was broken and could not be assembled. I emailed them telling them I was not happy with the counterfeit products as well as one being broken and to please refund me. I received a reply from Rayhan stating they will give me a 10% refund and I can gift it to a friend! How [censored]icly stupid is that. So, please don't buy anything from this website they are just scammers and you'll only be disappointed and upset with the outcome.

If you go through Pay pal you will not get your money back because PayPal will believe them that it was mailed and you received it even when you send evidence to paypal of what was sent they still believe them. I had to fight with my bank and credit card company to get my money back. PayPal is a joke. They do not have your back

We ordered 2 4 Wheel Scooters suppose to be delivered in 20 days. They weren't. so I contacted them through email. It took awhile before I got a response. It was from Alice stating they were back logged that they would be shipped out asap. Nothing ever came so emailed again got response from Jack stating that we would get a refund then nothing again so emailed again once again Jack answered stating he had been in contact with our bank and we would get a refund in 7 to 10 days we'll it's been way passed 10 days. We have filed a claim with our credit card company's and letting them handle it. Jack continues to email starting refund on the way .

I called to number listed on the website but it's not a working number. So I looked the company up for reviews. I've been wanting to get a kenetic windmill and they had one for less than $70. Anyone ever wanting one of these knows that's a really good price. Almost to good. So I did some checking and I'm glad I did. It led me here and kept me from making a big mistake. Always look for a phone number, address and email address. Then variety them ALL! And always look for reviews on the company itself. If it seems to go to be true...

Will not respond to me. All info is false. Told PayPal they were delivered on 7/3/21. PayPal believed them and not me. How can USPS deliver a big 54" riding zero turn around? Not true...

Why is this POS company still allowed to exist? I ordered an item and it's going on 3 months. I've contacted them several times and alway get the same answer "we are contacting the shipper and will let you know why it's delayed. Please be patient". I'm sick of being patient. The website says all orders are insured but all they have done is offer me 5% refund, which is a freaking joke. Is there any way to file a class action lawsuit against this horrible place. I would do a Better Business Bureau complaint but looks like they are located in UK.

I saw an ad for battery operated scooters for elderly people. They were only $23.97. So I checked out the site and contact information. I wrote it all down and when I went back to order it, I wasn't able to. I got back on my phone to check my email, I saw the same ad, but it was a different site address. So, I knew it was a scam.

My boyfriend ordered a kitty litter box, paid $39.99USD on Apr.11,2021. On April 18,2021 was told by email from "[email protected]", that it shipped and i could track it, (tracking # LZ802529906CN), but when i try it says there's no tracking info yet. It is now May 21/21 and still nothing has arrived. today i got my first reply:

"Currently the strict customs inspection causes delays that we can't control. We are sorry and we have asked shippers to speed up the transportation of your shipment.
In this situation, how about waiting patiently for 2 more weeks? We will offer you a 10% refund of your TOTAL payment as compensation due to the delay.
Thank you for your understanding.
Any questions, please feel free to contact us anytime..." I'm not waiting, I'm letting Paypal know i want my money back!

On 4-8-2020 I purchased a 7 pc Hybrid Cookware Set w/ Lids & Wok, total w/ tax $34.96. It's been a month a 2 weeks and I've been in communication with the company, BYFORONE. They're giving me excuses for the delay in delivery. Then they offer me 10% refund because it's taking a long time to delivery stating that the merchandise is in "your country" now and should a couple of more weeks. So today I receive a small package in the mail. I look on the label and it's the order number for the cookware set I ordered... it's a watch! MREURIO brand name on it. And to top it off, back on 11-7-2020 I had ordered 2 pans from VENANIS Store ( Kvimis.Limited) through globalbuy.com. They did the same thing but they sent me 2 of these watches, MREURIO, plus they wanted to negotiate a refund price because if I wanted to get a full refund, then I'd have to ship the watches back at my expense. So I opted to negotiate for some of my funds back PLUS keep the watches. What a joke! Then to really top it off, the person I'm corresponding with is the same person ( same name ) that is scamming me on THIS present scam... but this time he's only giving me 1 watch.

I ordered 2 folding rocking chairs, about 2 months later I received 2 folding tables about a foot high and 9" square. Can't really sit or rock in those, got ripped off. Should have known better, deal to good to be true, probably isn't a good deal after all. ?

I saw some cute bird feeders on Facebook that will spin the ring around the bottom when a squirrel weights it down. They arrived but were not anything like the description.
