He called me saying he was form the IRS. I owed an amount of money. I had to pay $500. I told him i probably could pay $300. He had me go to Food Lion and get an iTunes card to put money on there to send it to him. The numbers from the iTunes card -- I gave him those numbers. He called me back the next day but I wasn't able to answer the phone at the time.

Kimberly Brown Badge#IRM0156called, she had an Oriental accent I could barely understand. I got aggravated with her so she put Sr. Agent Mr. Ross Badge# 50107 on the phone. They were saying I owed $4900 for back taxes 2009 thru 2014. They wanted it all right now, then went down to $2500 and then down to a $1000 or they were going to send the police out to arrest me. I told them I did not have any money right now. Mr. Ross then said he had other cases to call and would call again tomorrow. It's been two days and they have not called back.

Received a call from 562 673 1648. He left a message saying his name is Shawn Freeman, he had a thick accent, and said I should call him back as I owed money from back taxes. I called back and spoke with him and he said his ID number was: IRM4727 and my case number is CPIO173T. He said I owe $7983 for back taxes and penalties from 2010-2015. He asked for some personal information- 3 things including my birthdate, area code and one other piece of info-but not my SSN. I told him I had an accountant and wanted to know why I hadn't heard anything from them and he said they had sent me letters- which is NOT true. Neither I nor my accountant has received anything, EVER.

I believe this is bogus- a total scam. The BBB told me that it is a scam and I didn't have to worry, so I won't. And I won't answer their calls or call back any numbers that they leave me on my phone.

Received a call as follows: Officer Daniel Wiseman of IRS Legal Department regarding a lawsuit with case #CF932271, noting immediate response needed regarding a legal lawsuit filled against me. Directed to return call to 202-558-2387 as soon as possible or else face the consequences. I did not respond.

Received phone call and voicemail claiming the call was final notice from the IRS and my lack of response to multiple calls, which I never received prior to this one, has resulted in a lawsuit. I contacted the number provided and spoke to Amny Foster, badge id# JK628927. She stated there was a pending lawsuit for under paying my taxes by $1.887.00 for the year 2010-2015. She then transferred me to a case supervisor to go in more detail. The case supervisor did not provide a name explained the details of the lawsuit. She then asked if I to handle the case out of court. I advised her I could not answer that question at this time. She placed me on hold to be transfered to another person and the call was dropped on their end.

We received two calls on our cell phone. The caller claimed to be from the IRS and they would be putting a law suit against. They said we should call 562-716-3672. We did not provide any information and did not return the call. We just want to warn others that this is happening.

A voice message was left stating I needed to call as soon as possible because criminal charges had been filed and the police were heading to my home to arrest me for not filing taxes. I returned the call and the person stated they were with the United States Treasury office and was an officer of the law. I was given a badge number and a case number and told to wait for the police. When I asked for more information or a supervisor they hung up.

I keep receiving calls from (240)787-8064. It is an automated voice message saying that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that I need to call the above number.

Calls from its stating to call and pay or risk arrest! I assure you my taxes are good. I have their phone number used to call me and the recording! This is the 3rd call in 2 months

I have received 2 phone calls from 628 220 0003 telling me that she is Officer Hadley I think and that is it is urgent I call her. When I googled the number it said it was fraud so I have blocked them. they have called twice and left a message both times I blocked the number. they left 2 messages. I never called them back so I do not really know what they wanted. When I googled the number it was listed under fraud numbers.

Received a call from 8704668910 Warren,AZ. I didn't answer the phone and no voice message was left. I called this number from my work phone and a foreign gentleman answered the phone as IRS. I hung up.

They say if you don't pay a warrant cancellation fee you will be arrested by your local police department within 24 hours.

The lady left a message on the machine. Her call was from 'Unkown Caller'. She did not leave her name but said this was the final notice that the IRS has a lawsuit against us. It also said to call to get the case file. The number to call was 843-276-0907. I did not call it.
