I rented 3421 Laurel Dale dr. Tampa fl 33618 from a man who claimed to be the owner but was not. I was sent a month to month lease and charged $850 in security and $850 for the month. The rental agreement is dated 5/9/24. On 6/10/24 I received an eviction notice in my door and found out the property is under RENU Properties LLC and not owned by James gallo aka Garrett Bratten
