I ordered a large sheet of leather patch to fix a motorcycle seat, my Pay Pal account was charged $23.42. I want a refund because I received 2 small pieces of leather patch 4x8. I would like to know what I'm suppose to with those little pieces of leather. What a scam, I was definitely taken.

When it finally arrived, I received one (1) little piece of BROWN patch material 8” by 4”! Was advertised as 25” by 20. ” WHAT A SCAM! My Paypal account was charged $23.42 and was sent to a VAN NAM. What a JERK and a FRAUD! How dare this worthless, good-for-nothing piece of sh**! I want my money returned and I want this criminal arrested. I have no email address. The only thing on the return address is Hou Wenzheng and that address. WHAT A SUCKER I WAS! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered three earrings from a business called Felicelala from Atlanta Ga, through the website of Etsy. I’ve ordered through Etsy a few times with no problems with the products or shipping. I ordered the items through Etsy on January 20th, they had shipped it on the 28th. But didn’t receive it until February 12th, from Kentucky? Yes, from Hou Wenzheng, and not from Felicelala. They were ok knockoffs from the real ones. I only was able to get the usps tracking# after receiving it, and I had emailed Felicelala through Etsy, and said that the estimated shipping time was specified at the time I ordered, and there would no refunds, because of the shipping issue. They never said that it was to come from or shipped from a totally different party(4th party if there is such a thing). And also wondering who received payment. Will be contacting Etsy about this, and if Felicelala is a real business or not, like Hou Wenzheng. Did anyone else have a similar issue like this through Etsy visa Hou Wenzheng.

I ordered the same fake leather patches for my motorhome. I do not have PayPal either. Someway they converted my credit card to a PayPal and charged me $78.83 for 4 very small swatches that were supposed to be like 2 by 4 feet. Have you been able to reconcile with anyone?

I got a facial scrubber thing, and when I open up the package the box already seemed open, so I open the box and there is pieces of broken plastic, after that I popped the batteries in the scrubber, it worked for about 3 seconds, then just completely broke. I hate it here

I received this item green rubber with spikes both sides and looks like a scraper at one end have no idea what is it for and I never ordered it came from Hou Wenzheng. I read on about this kind of scam called "flush" when a company send an unordered item and then posting a review in the name of the receiver promoting it to boost the sales. Also they somehow got hold of the address name and probably phone number. Hopefully not the credit card info. The best thing is to report to the BBB as I already did. Change password if thats what you use for example Amazon account. Monitor the credit card bill and if charge show up from this company dispute and get the money back. Also its a good idea block this company with your credit card company.

I forgot to say that by law if you didn't order something even you didn't pay for it and if you get your money back you have the right to keep the item no need to spend money on shipping to send it back.
