Hou Wenzheng Reports & Reviews (288)

Almost 200 comments and NONE of them are useful in the way the authors intended! Sorry, but it's true! Let me explain.

When you order a package from a Chinese seller on an e-commerce website (for example, AliExpress, eBay, Wish.com, Banggood, Gearbest), the seller uses a shipping company that specializes in this type of package traffic to get it to the USA. There are a couple of companies that do this, because there are A LOT of these packages, but they aren't named USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, so you and I have never heard of them.

The shipping company doesn't send the package to you directly because that would be much slower. It arrives first at a fulfillment center (a giant warehouse) where they have some sort of deal with the Department of Homeland Security so that it clears US Customs within a day or two instead of weeks. There they REPACKAGE it by slapping a USPS label addressed to you on it and handing it off to the post office. "Hou Wenzheng, 1200 Worldwide Blvd, Hebron, KY 41048" is just the sender address that the FULFILLMENT CENTER puts on the label, because USPS requires a sender address on packages.

So I'm sorry for all the people here who have gotten scammed but whoever Hou Wenzheng is, he/she is NOT to blame! In fact, many thousands of legitimate packages from Chinese e-commerce websites have the exact same return address. I live on the West Coast and have ordered from some of these sites. Tracking on the packages I've received show that ALL of them passed through Los Angeles and NONE of them passed through Kentucky but I got the Kentucky return address on them anyway!

The fault is with the scammers who ABUSE these sites to order a cheap $1 item in your name. This gives them a tracking number to point to so that they can insist when AliExpress or Wish or your credit card company comes sniffing around that yes, they did too send you the $500 item you thought you ordered, look at this tracking number that shows they shipped a package that arrived safely at your address! It doesn't work for long but it gives them a few days to wrap the scam up and skedaddle with the money.

The good news:

- If you didn't order something you received, it's legally yours! Trash it as you see fit.
- If you ordered something and it wasn't as described, you are actually very likely to get your money back. Depending on your situation, contact your seller first as sometimes it's just an honest mistake. If the seller is a scammer on a big-name site like AliExpress or eBay they're going to play games with you and try to get around the site's buyer protection policy. In this case trust your gut, CONTACT THE SITE before any time limits expire and ask them to step in. The next line of defense is PayPal, then finally your credit card company. (The credit card company is the last resort because when you do a chargeback, AliExpress or eBay or PayPal or whoever usually ban you from that platform. But in my experience, you pretty much ALWAYS get your money back with minimal hassle. The big sites don't want to deal with the PR headache of victims angry at them for what some scammer did.)

If you're curious, Google "1200 Worldwide Blvd, Hebron, KY 41048" and click on the Google Maps Street View. You will see that this is the address of a logistics company warehouse, literally across the street from an Amazon fulfillment center, located in an industrial zone filled with shipping industry warehouses next to Cleveland International Airport.

Stay safe out there!

Thanks. I actually have exchanged several emails with an "ERUGO ORIJI" about wrong sized tennis shoes I want to return, but most recently he wrote that he is trying to contact the supplier for a return label. Most Frustrating! I finally looked at the return label tonight and yep, HOU WENZHANG at the address you listed above.

Today I received sunglasses that make yellow light blue. Just like so many comments, I never ordered these from Hou Wenzheng. Address is 1200 Worldwide Blvd, Hebron KY 41048. Just checked my credit cards and paypal. Everything fine but I will check everyday.

Not sure if you got my reply before, it doesn't show up on your account under that name, it will be a different name. Look for a charge from a company you don't recognize.

I ordered two pairs of pants. A person from a company called Scarlet Blossom Boutique contacted me (text? Email?) & said they were having problems with their system & to go to their website & order the items. I didn’t do it but still got my items from them. I went to return them but noticed on the website that they do not take returns. About two weeks later I got the same items again from Hou Wenzheng. No paperwork in either package. My credit card has only been charged once to date.

I received a package in the mail from this address and it came open. Nothing was in it when I opened my mailbox. I’m sending a picture of the package how it came open. I don’t remember ordering no information from you. If I’m not mistaking I think I went on the website and searched my name but I never paid or put any information in, so i don’t know why this was sent to me. Also, what was in it ? Because now I need to know if there was any information in it cause if there was now someone has my information. Please get back to me ASAP. This is a serious matter

In June 2012 a fraudulent purchase through PayPal was made using my credit card information which was apparently stolen from somewhere. The credit card company to which this was charged was very helpful but PayPal was skeptical, indicating that someone in my household must have opened the account. Unlikely as my 74 year old husband has his own PayPal account and we did not want or need the goalie gloves or cheap jewelery which was sent to us before the charges were made.

It gets worse people. I got a fraudulent charge on my Credit Card from "Baby Majesty" and "Faith BOT" almost $4000 combined on the same day. Called CC card company and charges reversed - should have ended there. Then packages from Hou Wenzhang started showing up and continued for weeks, no packing slip, no contact information, no website. Then, CC Card company put the charges back on my card saying the companies in question claim the charges are legitimate. So frustrating and costly. Today the CC Card said they are re-opening the case and will let me know of their findings within 15 days. This Hou Wenzhang is part of a bigger credit card fraud scam. Hopefully the CC Card company reports this to the feds or some law enforcement agency who investigates fraud. Stay strong people.

Yes, exactly they take it off then they say oh it's authorized ok, guess what it was supposed to be Skechers I did not order some plastic cheap knockoffs from some Ma and Pop shop. That was bad enough now a different company says they sent me a package charged me for it and I never got anything, so how far does this go? I hope in your case they latch onto these guys and realize this is theft and fraud no two ways about it! We all have to speak up!

This is the second shipment of unknown pills I received from Hou Wenzheng. I have no idea who is sending me these pills. I did not order them and don’t know what they are. The pills. Have no markings on them.

Hope the guy that responded on here to Andy reads this because no, PayPal used to investigate and remove now they say you've ordered things like this before, so it must be okay and closes dispute what does that mean? Of course I've ordered many items on PayPal but not for Skechers?!?

Sir, do yourself a favor and get PayPal. As long as you register your problem with them within six months of your purchase, they do all the chasing. I had a problem with a couple of my purchases, for a total of $687, I received remittance from one in 3 days, and the bigger one ($599) within 8 days. Check it out.

I ordered 20 expandable willow wood ivy faux fence screens. Cost me $400.00 for perhaps $40.00 worth of rigid plastic crap. 19"x19" square plastic ivy panels ! Shame on me for being scammed. BTW, these were ordered through Gia Home. They are now posing as Kilomix market or Kilomix.store on Facebook.

Over a month ago on Instagram, I ordered a hair wave styling tool that you see from another site www.tymestyle.com and well as Target, Ulta and Walmart with the SAME tool. The box arrived from Hou Wenzheng at an address in Kentucky. No receipt, no email, inside was a warranty slip with NO address or email. Plugged it in and it just gives a red light and doesn't work. Its a TOTAL SCAM. Instagram, Facebook-- has they predator companies from CHINA. DO NOT buy these products and research WHERE they ship from. Email or message them and ask. I got totally DUPED. Should have known better. Always check at the bottom to see from where they ship -- dead give away.

Received a package containing cheap jewelry that I never ordered.

I ordered clothing from ADN Studios and none of the items ordered fit. I also want to return the items but there is no return address or way to initiate a return to ensure a refund. I went to the package and saw Hou Wenzheng as the name on the return address. Not sure if the Hebron KY address is correct for returns. I ordered and paid through PayPal and reported to them as well.

That's just a return address stamped on everything brought in from overseas to get it in United States, no way to get refund or return through them. Have to contact who you ordered it through if you can find that or bank or credit card company and pray at this point. A lot of scams going on this Christmas using main websites that send you to phony knockoff companies who charge you under a different name!

My name is Milly I live in Clarksville Tennessee I ordered this tablet and what I got was garbage you cannot put a Sim card you cannot put a memory card the screen does not rolled the button that looks like a Sampson it’s just fake it’s just a piece of laminated stuck on it it doesn’t work I did not bring a return address just as return address from Kentucky I reported it to the better quit business bureau so they could do something about it I also reported it to the government of selling things to the United States that are fraudulent and they’re all fake that is considered stealing and using options of other companiesIt has been reported

Ordered 3 rings on Facebook. They were supposed to come with gift message and gift packaging. Also, the rings don’t appear to be sterling silver but look more like plastic. The charge was to Elysia London GB. I put in a dispute after not receiving them after several weeks. Received small envelope today {April 13} with rings but no card or package and the return address shows Hou Wenzheng. 1200 Worldwide Blvd Hebron Ky. 41048. The picture shows what was supposed to get and what I actually received.

When I check the Elysia London GB website there are only 4 items for sale and don’t show the rings.
