Ordered Tent but Received only Stuff Sack, poles, & Stakes; no TENT!

After waiting weeks for the tent-I-ordered to arrive, it finally came. Well, parts did, and the stuff sack for it did, but not the tent. The packaging suggests there may once have been a tent in it, but by the time the package arrived at my door, it contained only the tent's stuff sack, poles, and stakes, but no tent. I am soooo disappointed!

Was looking for Sketcher tennis shoes. They snuck in ads through Kohl's and other companies offering Skechers on clearance but apparently was a knockoff company called Hou Wenzheng. Got tired of waiting called Skechers and told I had no order. Finally got some cheap plastic things in the mail after waiting forever with no phone number or return address or information just what looks like beach shoes wrapped up in plastic. After researching this company was charged under a different name and cannot get any response online through bank or PayPal as who to call or return, only an email saying no refunds or returns. Over $100 for junk I don't need.

Ordered one of them Alibaba electronic mystery boxes, watched as the tracker sent my parcels overseas, and through US Customs...only to find a return address here in the United States. Waited a month for my package only to receive a Womans Watch that's far too small for me... A man... With Man-Hands. The watch itself has no reputable markings. Worth about 25cents at most. They had claimed you would receive a item of over $5-$500 in value. Received a produck worth less than a stamp.

I ordered a XXL cashmere coat, and received one who says XXL but is in fact Extra Small! I Ordered it on AliEpress site but arrived from "Hou Wenzheng in Hebron, KY.

I received a package today from HOU Wenzheng which we did not order and I have checked my credit card statements and unable to identify any purchase from this vendor nor do I see a charge on my statement that looks wrong. At this point, I am not sure what I need to do but am bothered that we received a package from this vendor.

Go back to all your bank statements in credit cards look for a company you don't recognize because they don't bill you through Hou Wenzheng or any other Chinese name they use other company names you don't recognize because they aren't the real company's that you order from. They use main companies on sites to get you in and it's a scam. They send you cheap garbage under another name and by the time you find out who they are, the bank or credit card gives up. We need to speak out because they're using the covid and Christmas backup problems as a front for their scams. You will eventually see a charge you don't recognize and if you make a fuss they may tell by you by email no returns or refunds, it's too late! Guess what, that's not good enough for me?!?

Same here but I got three different types supposedly Skechers but they're plastic pieces of garbage. It was not charged to this company but have been told to different names after I put in a dispute no phone number no return address just a response from someone saying we don't take returns and we don't refund your money unless you can prove the items are defective, in other words tears, holes or something, not because they're not what they said or they're junk. Still arguing with bank and PayPal. Never order anything from sketchers unless I personally go to their website now.

Hear you! I got scammed too I've been to the bank and turned in a dispute but they're using a different company name and charging you later so you can't figure out who to get a refund or return to. With all the late parcels they just claim it's too late to do anything about it even if you can find the company name!?! Complain to your bank or card anyway and Report them!

This "Company" offers brand name merchandise and then sends junk. They should be stopped. There is no way to

contact at all. No website, phone #, or Email. They use social media to get customers and then do not send the

merchandise that was advertised with no way to contact for refund. I was supposed to receive Sketchers shoes and received a cheaply made no brand pair of horrible shoes.
