The most recent call was today from the above phone number which shows its from Richmond BC. First call told me they were call from Candian Tire Bank regarding my credit card. They asked to confirm my address. I stopped and said I was not willing to give my information, because I know I'm up to date on my payment. They also texted me, which I found odd. They told me to call the number on the back of my credit card, which I did today, and I am in fact, up to date. Late paying $76. The lady today was rude and told me this is the second time I refused to give them the information they're "demanding", and not to waste their time. She said they would keep calling until they get the information.

How they are demanding makes it sound like I have done something wrong or not cooperating. It somehow does not fit with the the amount I owe.

The texting was so not what any institution would do.
