I did some research and this Hou Wenzheng is also a drop off shipping service called Pitney Bowes. The address comes up in maps. I’m sure further research could be done.

I ordered a camoflauge ring and was sent the wrong product. I have not received a response or been able to communicate with Hou Wenzheng to discuss a return. VERY AGGRAVATED!

I received these rings that I did not order, and I see this guy is busy being a scammer or bait and switch didn’t have my name on it, but it sure had my address. So I have about six rings and I would write like to get them to the rightful owner. I will do a search on the Internet I’m what do I do with them? I think he is using a fake address in Kentucky and is not in the United States at all.

Order a pair of boots online I measured my foot carefully to make sure I get the right size and The Roots don't even look like the ones in the picture that I ordered these are a cheap pair and they're too tight and I have no way of sending them back or contacting the people what is this crap I don't know how to get my money back or exchange them or anything I think I have been scammed

I can’t believe this came from an Etsy purchase! The seller said it was handmade but I have very high doubts. What I got does not feel like a handmade microfiber rug, this is thin as a table mat. It looks like it should be on the bottom of the bath mat as it’s all plastic-y material. When you put water on it the mat is not red like the pictures. It also has a weird powder-like feel. I looked up the return address on the package, which was this Hou Wenzheng 1200 Worldwide Blvd Hebron KY 41048 on Google and it seems like a scam. Im waiting to see what Etsy says, I filed a complaint but will have to wait a few days, I’m not sure if the seller will say anything.

Ordered 3 Makeup kits. Received 3 pathetically cheap rings instead.
I ordered from NDV ELYSIA COMPANY and confirmation was to be sent. I should have taken a screen shot of what i ordered as NO confirmation was sent.
My credit card was charged as Elora London GB.
I have tried several times by email and by phone to reach someone regarding this SCAM and nothing.
I called my credit card who told me nothing could be done unless i have a copy of the confirmation to prove what i ordered. Which again i have nothing.
The package came from HOU Wenzheng 1200 Wordwide Blvd. Hebron, KY 41048
This is obviously a bait and switch!

I ordered 3 pair of shoes (July 30th. 2023) that it does not look like the pictures in Google. The shoes did not fit so I requested for exchange and my nightmare began. This company did not want to give me the return address therefore I requested for my money back...STILL WAITING. My bank is working on it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE.

Ordered a planter from them. Was supposed to be a large size that was shown in pictures on their sale site. It was considerably smaller. So I asked for a refund directly from the seller. They refused.
I had pd thru PayPal, so I did a claim thru them. Did everything they requested and jumped thru all the hoops. Was denied a refund.

I will file a claim with the FTC.

I purchased Judy Blue Denim Jogger for 39.99 each and bought 2 pair. They are supposed to be super stretchy. It took weeks for the jeans to arrive. They looked like the original jogger was photocopied onto a very strange material, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO STRETCH AT ALL. I also got 2 completely different sizes but both were labeled the same size. One said it was made of polyester and spandex and the other said cotton and spandex. I have never been scammed this blatantly before. What an evil person/people are stealing money and stealing content from other businesses to do this horrible act of theft.

Received my order on time and item was what I ordered but the package had not been sealed properly from the point of origin and small parts found their way from the bag now I can't assemble the model train. I ordered $300 worth of faux fence to hide neighbors ugly fence. I ordered 15 sections. When I got them, they came in a small plastic bag. When I took one out of the bag to see how big it was,when you stretched it out, it wasn't 2 foot wide. They looked like the ones at Lowes on line.But,they are as cheaply made as you can get. I am not satisfied with the service. I emailed where I ordered them and the girl told me there was nothing they could do and for me to have a nice day. Plus I was charged $60 shipping. I bet it didn't weigh 10 lbs.I want my money back and send your cheap fence back to you.As much space is between the slats when you open it up, you would have to use several to hide a garbage can.

I ordered a child’s watch from a company called Chrono Kids that claims to be based in France. A tattered plastic package arrived from Hou Wenzheng in Hebron, KY 41048. What arrived was a horrifically poor quality watch that fits my 220 lb husband. It is not a child’s watch. After trying to contact the company to start a return 3 times, I am convinced this is a scam.

I ordered a pagani design watch through Ali express. It too much longer than usual to receive the item when it arrived it was damaged the band was broken. This is a very special watch to the point you cannot just buy another watch band locally for the watch. I have reach out Ali express immediately upon receiving the damaged item and they want offer is a partial refund of 26.00 for something I paid over $100.00 dollars for. I have offered to send the watch back. It is a very nice watch and wouldn’t be so mad if I could get a replacement watch band locally or another watch band the would fit but that not the case. The address I listed is the return address on the box that it was shipped it. If Ali express can’t make this right then this is one US customer they have lost for good. I have never had a problem with them until now and have purchased many items over the years. Either and new replacement band or full refund. This doesn’t happen that will me as a customer and will not recommend anyone to do business with them. I know I am small compared to their worldwide sales but I am sure not the only dissatisfied customer.
