I was sent a package that I did not order from Hou Wenzheng, 1200 Worldwide Blvd, Hebron, KY. After some investigation, I’ve found several people have had a similar experience. Checked my accounts, and they do not appear to affected. Please investigate this company's practices.

I ordered a heated vest, it will turn on when it is plugged into the wall, but not when it's off the charger.
This did not say you had to carry a power bank around with you to heat it. The pocket zipper is also broken.
I cannot find a way to contact them to send back for a replacement or reimbursement.

I ordered shoes from nvplus.com and got a cheap [censored] pair of shoes from address Hou Wenzheng 1200 worldwide blvd Hebron KY. Charged me $42. I emailed them, for them to tell me to not dispute with PayPal. Boy you bet I will after seeing this.

I ordered this little camera and waited forever to receive it, but after following all of the directions, it will not connect with the internet. It apparently needs some sort of ID...perhaps a QR code.

My partner ordered one; JBL WEBSITE describes how to determine if the speaker is truly a JBL.

I got a package from this Hou Wenzheng and it's a useless, very flimsy silicone mat that wouldn't even be nice enough to sell at Dollar Tree and got charged $48 on my debit card. I don't even know how they got my debit card number! What really makes me mad is when you complain to the bank or credit card company and you get treated as if it's somehow your fault because you have previously shipped online! It's absolutely ridiculous and shocking that NOTHING is done to these scammers!

Attempted contact with Hou Wenzheng only to get a response from Wu Kris @ [email protected].
Just like everyone else, I did not receive a product as advertised and any attempt to recover money from them or get a Return Authorization label was nothing but an exercise in futility. The product ordered was being advertised on YouTube channels. A visit to the NEOXAUTOUS.COM website is a dead giveaway that they are a scammer outfit with Chinese links. Instead of a 365 day policy note, it's 356 days, plus the constant grammatical English errors. This outfit needs to be shutdown immediately via the FTC and government, but then again, it may be a business Hunter Biden is involved with where the lies and deceit continue on protected by the current administration. Anyway...
Sorry to hear so many other innocent U.S. citizen/customers are being ripped off. Maybe somebody near Francisville,KY can pay Hou a visit. What do you say Mitch McConnell or is your wife involved?

Every week I am receiving little puzzles. For about 3 weeks now . It's the 4th week and now I'm getting Bigger packages with individual items such as little toys and bandannas. I have no idea what this is or what it could be. It's creepy as hell. ...It is from Hou Wenzheng 1200 Worldwide Blvd. Hebron, KY 41048.

I have recieved 3 packages from them (first two i couldnt read the name to search),

1. two sets of false eyelashes
2. 7-8 childrens hair ties with bows
3. flesh coloured wig cap

It is so strange, Im not being charged for these ites. I have never ordered anythign like them in the past. At least im not the only one?

I bought gloves for 39.95 , they were insulated winer gloves. They sent me summer sport gloves. I contacted them and they said to be patient and they would return my money. This was back in Oct 2021. No money has been sent. I am tried of being patient.

I bought gloves for winter use, they sent me a cheap pair of summer weight gloves.
I have sent a request my my money back and nothing has been resolved. I still would like my money back..it was 49.00.

I responded to an ad for Skechers. They were advertised for a good price & I ordered four pair- 3 size 6 , 1 size 9.. they came in a timely fashion. These shoes have no support much less memory foam insoles. This is a ripoff & I intend to send them back to the Kentucky address.

These were made of very thin plastic - clearly intended to stick on with double-sided tape. In the photo below - the image on the left is what this is suppose to look like inside - the image on the right is what I actually got.
