Report

I contacted the kennel about a puppy and we agreed on a 250 dollar deposit for it. I paid the 250 dollars through Cash App and then they said they needed another 200 dollars to secure the delivery. I asked for proof of puppy through video and they wouldn't give proof and then I asked for a refund and they blocked me.
