A litigation office called me, my ex-wife and my daughter. They said that I had 2 days to respond to the call or I would be sued and to consider myself served. When I called back they sent me to a document portal and presented documents that they wanted me to sign to verify a debt I don't remember taking about 7 years ago. They claimed if I didn't sign there would be a civil suit brought against me and I would be responsible for court costs plus the original debt.
