I ordered a welding machine from Aliexpress and received welding cables which I DID NOT ORDER FROM THIS ADDRESS, OPEN A DISPUTE WITH CITI BANK CARD BUT COULD NOT GET THE MATTER RESOLVED BECAUSE THEY SAID TO CITI BANK THAT THEY SENT THE MACHINE, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, I TRIED TO CONNECT TO ALIEXPRESS TO NO AVAIL.

I purchased this item through an affiliated site of the AliExpress app next thing I know they shipped me a product from Hou Wenzheng, did product is defective the lights don't come on it does not work and by being a live streamer this is a very important to me I don't know what to do to get my money back and it seems like they don't have a phone number can someone help.

Same experience, had a random package show up at my door that I did not order. It ended up being 3 women's jumpsuits very tacky nothing I ever would have ordered. Would send back but not convinced that this person is even at this address. Everything will stay in package until hopefully I can get in touch with someone. Not happy that someone could just send a random package out like that.

I received a small toy from this address below. The small toys were inside the package. Very interesting because I ordered a small toy from an unfamiliar website. The toy involves a toy drill and plastic screws for a child to practice a skill. The toy I ordered was advertised on a pop up add I watched while playing “uncrossed”, a word game app. I still have not received the drill toy.

I received two packages in the mail, and both of the receivers said “:D SURPRISE BESTIE” I figured it was one of my friends that sent it but I reached out to every possible person and no one has sent me these items. One item was a blue dress with bunnies on it and another was a white shirt to go with it. Both had items in it which was Christmas nail stickers and a bear key chain. It’s just weird as heck and sure i’ve ordered stuff online but never this. And nothing was pulled from my bank. Whatever this scam is, I hope it comes to an end soon.

Just received the “Circle of Fifths”clock I’d ordered on 11/12. Upon arrival, the glass (actually, plastic) wash shattered, the hands pressed against the clock face.
I’ve managed to gently bend the hands so that the click works - accuracy tbd.

I ordered 2 large Christmas wreaths with buffalo plaid ribbon. They gave me an additional wreath for free. Well what I received was three 5 inch wreaths with pink swans. Tried to contact Levolia which is actually Hou Wenzheng. Tried to contact Levolia via e-mail but it was returned undeliverable. Tried to search for Levolia on website and no information found. This is a huge rip off. If I had know that these were coming from China, I would never have ordered them. The Chineese are such crooks.

I received a package from Hou Wenzheng which contained a top that I did not, nor would not have, ordered. I will check my cc and dispute the charge is one appears, everyone should do the same.

I received 5 Laikou Moisturizing Creams (blue box) from Hou Wenzheng at 1200 Worldwide Blvd, Hebron, KY 41048 on 12/02/20. I never ordered these. I live in CT and the label is coming from the Springfield, MA mass fulfillment mailing center USPS 190 Fiberloid St., Springfield, MA 01152-9706. It's from a company called Newgistics (what it says in a small box on the label). There's no insert, so I have no idea what amount to look for on my bank statement (I order a lot of things on Aliexpress and Wish, eBay, Amazon - but I've never ordered these). I also use my Apple card, Paypal 4 payment installment card, etc. I don't know where to start looking. I'm just going to have to write to this a-ole and ask him where he's from and that I never ordered what he sent me and to request a refund. See if he answers me. You don't know how much time I've already wasted looking into this. It's disgusting. - P. Elena R.

This was from an order I placed on eBay on 11/17/20. The shipper just got to sending me the last 5 of my order (which I disputed because I received the wrong product) and he had this gentleman send it because my original shipper is "out of office until 12/23/20" . I believe it originates from a site called Alibaba.com which is a major distributor of products to sellers at incredibly decreased prices (like 86 pennies each for 50-5,000 Laikou eye cream which I then bought for $7.30 + $3.00 shipping on eBay). If your USPS package is coming from Cainiao/Alibaba, which you can find out by signing up for Informed Delivery on the USPS.com site, then it's from Alibaba.com and that's what this guy is doing. I ordered a total of three POWERPRO'S Tried to cancel order placed October 9,2020 before they were shipped, and I am still trying to get return labels. there was to be a 60 day money back guarantee. I have been in contact with Kelly Dorman since October 14,2020 trying to return these Items. I can't get any REPLY from the company. I have emailed Gadgetsul Support, [email protected], [email protected]. Item #GS60410 price $29.99 and GS60413 price $57.93. Kelly Dorman was to cancel the order , but due to TECHNICAL ISSUES with the system processing my order was messed up. I have asked for return shipping labels and got nothing. Kelly also said she could Fully Refund my money to account ending 2224. I have done every thing I can to try to return these items but no one reply's back on what to do. The items have not been removed from the package, I had to open the first package because I was not exspecting it and didn't know what it was, as soon as I saw it, I taped it back up. Please Reply. I have requested for full refund 3 times already and requested to be notified once it has been done, but you have refused to actually process the refund back to my card. What was the point of asking if I wanted a refund if you were not going to process a refund. I will be contacting capital One master Card today to start a dispute and stop payment for the order not received that was never shipped.
