We ordered a Diver lamp from Hotsgift.com last December after seeing an add on Facebook. It was advertised as arriving in time for Christmas. We paid rushed shipping so it would be on time. In January the lamp had not arrived and this begun a 5 month email exchange saying the lamp was still being made and they apologize for it being late. Twice a month we would check in and they would give another excuse on why it was late. In May After I told them I was going to post the scam they said the lamp was no longer in stock and not being produced any longer. However, the lamp is still available on their site and they are advertising on Facebook right now for Fathers day. They are still taking orders for the lamp. I know several other people who have ordered the same lamp and no one has received it. I have the entire email exchange along with dated screen shots of the posted ads, invoices, and the current ad for Fathers day.

Purchased Via Facebook Ad. Purchased December 11, 2022. When purchased site said it would be two weeks to shop. I emailed several times and the keep saying they put a rush on my order. It has been 7 weeks and still waiting. Product is still in processing and not shipped yet.

Ordered item on 12/6/22 and expected in 1-2 weeks. Never arrived despite multiple contacts to the seller and suspicious communications from them, first name only, different name each reply, etc.

It’s been over 30days and still no delivery. I have asked for my money back and they sent me an email that said the cancellation policy is a fee of 80% plus shipping cost. They will lead you on and ask for more time like they are doing something but nothing actually happens.

Much like EVERY ONE ELSE ON HERE, I too purchased a gift that I have yet to receive. I've emailed with Fancy and Ivy, and they keep asking for more time. Still have not received not only my gift, but I've requested multiple times for a invoice and can't even get that. It's funny, I work for the government, so I'm having this investigated. I'm not even sure they realize this since I'm cc'ing every email to my investigator with our sheriff's department.

I clicked on a Facebook ad to purchase a lamp and it took me to www.hotsgift.com. I completed a purchase for a lamp I never received.

I ordered a plaque for Father’s Day and still haven’t received it. I’m in contact with someone named fancy and they just keep asking for more time. I threatened I’d ask for my money back if I didn’t have a tracking number within 7 days

I have ordered from this website as well as many others. Our orders never came and we cannot get a hold of anybody through this company. They do have a Facebook and an Instagram therefore I Message them through Facebook. Many people have not gotten their orders just as I.
