The 877 # person on the phone was pushy and said this was needed otherwise I would lose my home. I explained that I have insurance and would not need to get extra services. The person on the phone went on to say that this would be reported as failure of coverage!

Received letter in mail claiming my Home Warranty was expiring. I have no home warranty. They had the bank my mortgage was through and said this was their "Final Notice" and Immediate Response Requested covering Air Condition, Hot Water Heater, Furnace, Appliances, etc. The letter was signed by a George Walker, Program Director.

Referred to my mortgage lender.

Letter reads:

RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED

It is important you contact our office at 1-877-671-1027 upon receiving this notice to avoid any unnecessary delays in our coverage before 12/14/2023 (letter received 12/6/2023).

Letter continues on requesting to call the number listed above. No company name.
