I had availed duct cleaning service from Quality Air Duct (found on Facebook) on Aug 24rd 2022. The person booking told me charges of $109 and the so-called technicians came and post starting the service told that they need to clean more and it is good for the house but I need to pay additional $400. Being new home buyer, I agreed to it to protect my house for any problems in future. When the technicians left, I noticed that me AC was not working, so I tried to contact the technician's mobile (6472948912) but it went to voicemail (I left a note for her). After waiting for a while I contacted the person who took the booking on FB to report the problem.

The guy replied after much delay after messaging him 2-3 times and wrote technicians will call shortly. But there was no call for 2 hours. I called the number present on there website and the staff told they will call back.

Nothing for another hour. Then I called again and my phone was not picked by anyone. Then I called from a different number and the staff replied and when I disclosed my identity, he immediately cut my call and blocked all my numbers.

I then wrote comments on there FB page and what I see after a while that my negative comment was not there as I was blocked by them on FB. Then I tried to message on whtsapp and then immediately blocked.

This company doesn't seem to be genuine as why would they not reply after getting there money.

I was not provided with any receipt and the technician told me that I will get a call and then they will email me the receipt.

I need help to get my money back and stop this company from fooling people.

There is no address on there website, the postal code provided is mine.
