James Ford came in off the street to "fix" our stairs. He broke the stairs and left us with 12,000 bucks of property damage. We now had to hire another company to fix James' mess. Avoid at all costs.

The person came to our door and explained about the brickwork on our chimney which I knew needed attention. James was a very smooth talker and talked us into doing the inside of the chimney as well as some brickwork at the side of our house. Assured us that he could get the same bricks but when the workman started they didn't match James finally after we got annoyed said he would come back on the Monday which they did with a better match. We didn't see him again and the workman left saying he would be back to pick up the old bricks etc. the next day. He didn't come back and when I called him he was very off-hand saying he was in Ottawa and would come on Thursday which of course has not happened. On looking into the bag of bricks, we realize that some of the material is from another job! On looking back on the experience we were taken by his smooth talking, realize that we were taken financially as well as the workmanship is poor quality. We certainly want to forewarn not to do business with this company. Also, the telephone 427-870-2322 which we tried to call says the answering machine has not been activated so unable to contact the company which of course, is a warning the company is not legitimate
