Patrik from ESK, you have a contract you did not complete. We paid you 90% of the amount agreed upon and you keep asking us for more money and to pay the subcontractors (concrete and bin) that you are supposed to pay with the money we gave you. The original agreement was half, then the rest when the work was completed. Now you refuse to work even though we’ve paid you more than half. You did not pay your subcontractor for the bin so you told them to collect from us and told them to dump the dirt back on our driveway.
You’re a crook. Even the bin company said they will not deal with you in the future.
You asked my father to pay extra to have the concrete cut when it’s supposed to be part of the job. It will crack in the future. The concrete you poured was done poorly, you made a mess of the garage door, you did not put expansion joints to the sidewalk.
You were supposed to pour the concrete in one shot but you didn’t and now want more money. Multiple times you said you would show up “tomorrow” but you didn’t. Your customer service is terrible and you want us to pay more? This is a scam.
We have parking tickets because it has been 3 weeks for a job that should be 10 days. You told us it’s not your problem.
I have witnesses from the city, the bin company, neighbours. We keep giving you chances to finish the job but you keep playing games. Beware of this company. They took advantage of my dad who is a senior. They are stealing peoples hard earned money. Now we have to find someone else to fix everything.
