Home Buyers Inc called today addressing me by name and address (public records information). Fast talking. Says they want to buy my home. They told me the address, room count and square footage. Wanted to know if I’d done any home improvements in the past 5 years and what they were. I told the I do not give out information on the phone.

Individual named “Hobbs” called my job and knew my name and address. He said he wanted to know if I wanted to sell my home. When I asked who he worked for he was agitated and felt I would only get that info if I was doing business with him. I did call the number back and someone else did answer and had the same pitch so it was not a bogus number.

Called asking if I was interested in selling my house. Pushing for info and asking how quickly I wanted to close. The caller had my name, address, phone number and other misc info identifying me already. It's as if they were trying get got more to fill in blanks.

2nd call was the same, different person, but this time my phone flagged it as a spam risk. I told them that and ended the call.

I did call the number and the person who answered only said hello (like someone from a private residence would). A business does not answer the phone that way.

Callers have used the name Eve and Sam. It is always a 360 area code, but the number keeps changing so it's immune to call blocking. They call incessantly. When I asked "Sam" for the company's address and phone number, he kept pushing to "email" it to me, which I refused. Eve claims we have never spoken before, but she has a very distinctive voice and accent. "Sam" also has an accent.

Every time this business calls me, they start with, "Hello Paul, this is [insert name] from Home Buyers Inc." My name is not Paul. Then they ask me if I'm interested in selling my house at xxx xxxxxxxx Drive for a fair market price. Each time it's for a different house number on my street and even a couple time where it's been a completely different address that I haven't heard of. They have called me eight times this week. The first three times I asked them to not call me anymore and was told I would be put on a do not call list but then proceeded to call me five more times. I block the number they call from but each time they call from a different number. Home Buyers Inc doesn't even have a business license in Ohio.

They called multiple times saying that they wanted to buy my house offering a cash offer but they had to come inside and see my home to offer this cash offer and I had up to six months but they needed my personal information

I keep getting unsolicited calls from a company who claims to be Home Buyers Inc asking if I would be willing to sell my house. If I say no, they hang up and call back from a different number. If I say yes, they say they pay cash for your home, they pay closing costs and there isn't a realtor so there aren't any fees. They asked me how much would I sell my property for and if it's my bottom line. When I said maybe, they wanted an exact price. When I tell them I would need to think about it that the housing market has gone up, and I need to find out the value of my home, they continue to push. I called the company and one of the phone operators called me back even though I was already speaking to her regarding this. She called me back but couldn't tell me if or when she'd call me back about buying my house.

Daily phone calls and when I finally answered it was a man with a foreign accent asking if I wanted to sell my house for cash. I asked for his name and company name and he hung up.

They have been calling my cell phone non stop about a cash offer on my house. When I finally answered their basic questions, I asked for contact information about them. They would only tell me to "Google it" or pretended like they didn't understand what I was asking for when asking for a phone number.

This man called my phone. The number register was from a city where my employer has and office so I answered. This man called himself Alex, said he works for “Home Buyers Incorporated” and wanted to know if I wanted to sell my home. He knew my home address, my wife’s name and obviously knew my phone number. I can not imaging how this stranger could have received all this information about me and my family. I was upset and I told him that there’s no way I would get involved in a business deal from a stranger like this and said I would report this strange incident. There is no connection with this phone number and a business and that this was unprofessional if he was legitimate.

The callers started with “we are home buyers and would like to buy you house”. I’ve told them everytime I get the calls to stop calling I am not interested!! But to my dismay it’s every call between 5 to 20mins I’m getting these calls. I finally got tired and asked for their business license number or contact number to call the company. But Every time they responded with they can’t give that information or have no respond with hang ups.
