Holiday Billing Reports & Reviews (7)

I feel so foolish for falling for this scam. Received a phone call 2/26/21 from Charly Medina claiming to be representing Marriott’s vacation club Your Beach Vacations. Told me that for $999, I would receive a vacation package for 2 adults and 2 children for 6 days 5 nights to one of the multiple luxury destinations across the US and Mexico. I would have 7 years to use the vacation. In addition, my family would receive an 8 day 7 nt cruise to use within 1 year after the initial vacation. I just received an email today 8/3/22 informing me that the company has gone bankrupt and my info was sold to a different company Respush who is willing to reactivate my vacation packages for only $571 + airfare if I book tonight. I am beyond angry.
More so at myself for falling for this scam, but furious for the evil people who prey on others for their own personal gain.

I received several phone calls today from phone number 1-877- 894-9614 from a person supposedly named Daniel Moreno who can be reached at extension 7110. The person said he was calling from vacations by Marriott to offer a discounted hotel accommodations and cruise package. They said I would have 8 years to use my vacation and I can cancel no questions within 30 days. Unfortunately, I fell for it and I shared my credit card information. I was then transferred to a different person by the name of David Anderson supposedly. This person's duty is supposedly to verify my credit card information. He said he worked for Beach cruise reservations which is a subsidiary of vacations by Marriott.. He said his phone number is 877-887-3120 extension 2012. He also asked for my driver's license but I refused to send it because I felt it wouldn't be right to share that information.

I tried to google the company but nothing came up because I was searching for Beach cruise vacations instead of beachcruisevacations.com

I later found out that there were other reports complaining of scams when I googled beachcruisevacations.com but it was too late because they had already charged me $777.02. They promised a receipt and detailed information through email but I did not receive any of that. I called back Daniel to ask for a refund and he said the only way he would refund me is if I sent an email asking for cancelation which I did but he also wanted me to attach a copy of my license which I did not feel it would be right to send.

I hung up and called my credit card company and filed a dispute for the transaction.

I wanted you to be aware of this because I am sure they are scamming others, frauding credit card companies, and maybe even involved in identity theft! They also forged my signature on documents that I have never seen in my life to stop my credit card from refunding me the money. I never signed anything. All this scam happened over the phone! They are low lives and need to be stopped.

Please share this information. Let's stop these scam artists!

Holiday Billing called me and offered 2 6 day trips for $443.23. The representative told me that I had a year to cancel and get my money back and also a year to book the vacations. She said I needed to send them a copy of an ID to process the purchase. My husband did not want to go so I called back a few days later to cancel. The representative tried very hard to talk me out of canceling but I insisted I wanted to cancel. When my credit card did not show a refund, I disputed the charge. The company then sent them a letter full of lies, stating they had me on a recording, agreeing that I had 14 days to cancel. They copied and pasted my signature off my ID onto a phoney credit card purchase aggreement. They also wrote that they called me 6 times and left a voice mail to schedule a reservation date. They never sent even 1 voice mail. This is a marketing company that is setting up a scam from the beginning. If I actually wanted to take the vacations they might have been ok.

Got a call from Holliday Billing saying I won a free trip. I went through the whole presentation and when it came time for billing I gave them a tracing credit card, which traces them and gives them no money. I was told they were based out of Mexico so I had no way of suing them for violating the Telemarketing laws. I have reported them to the Hotel chain they said there representing since the Hotel chain has deeper pockets to go after them than I do.

I received a phone call two weeks ago regarding a cruise. The phone number in my caller ID was 800-903-5328. Extension 4121. The mans name was Michael. He did not give a company name. I go on cruises. I gave my debit card number over the phone. They withdrew $ 299.87. I called my bank and reported it. I asked my bank the name of the company. My bank told me it w[censored]iday Billing. They want an additional $300. I did not send the money. My bank told me they are in Mexico.
