I ordered the shoes about december 22nd, 2023. the item was never delivered. I contacted my bank. They were told the items were delivered and signed for by someone named *******. I've lived on this street for 25 years and have never heard that name. The bank could not refund the monies because of that supposed delivery. I'll get better at recognizing scams in the future, I hope.

Was a Facebook ad for Hoka shoes. Purchased 1 pair. Comments said would take 3 weeks to get. So waited. Emailed [email protected] and got a reply saying they'ed been shipped. No other replies. 4 weeks later, still nothing.

I ordered online at hoka.com website 50% off shoes. And when i got the receipt its from suspicious email, no contact number.
