Very subtle way to try and make hundreds of dollars using another brand name

Contacted by phone after receiving a life insurance license.
Tried to convince me that paying 399 USD for two months would get me dozens of qualified candidates from Hirey (the app). I suspect "hirey-growth" is used simply to catch victims like me. Avoid at all costs. They do not seem related.

This individual called me to encourage me to download an app that I must use for recruiting. then she emailed my place of employment to verify my employment. She continues to call me and email me, as well as others in my organization in attempt to get a hold of me to download her app (Hirey). We have told her numerous times that we are not interested and to stop calling/emailing/reaching out to us. When asked if she was calling about a sales call, she told my director that I had entered into a "service agreement" which I had not. Now she is attempting to reach out to me as an applicant to get a hold of me again after we have blocked her from all avenues of contact with us.
