Purchased item online and received confirmation of shipping within 24 hours. Three weeks later, nothing has been received. The FedEx shipping confirmation number is to a package that “stays” local to them. I called FedEx and FedEx said they cannot do anything since it was done using a low-cost ship option and that I have to contact the HerbsPro company to have them release the product. No one ever picks up the phone nor answers emails at the company. If you check their reviews, they are rated 1.1 out of 5 before of all the fraud complaints. Total scam company.
