Similar to JDK's experience, I ordered a Galanz 6 convection toaster oven from hemlinera.com for $72.58 with free shipping) but, nearly 2 months later, what I actually received from them was a small packet containing 5 face masks! I filed a complaint with PayPal. Happily, I notice that the website has been shut down but I'm sure the perpetrators of this scheme have moved on to another site.

On Jan. 24, I ordered an under counter mount Black and Decker Toaster Oven model TRS1000D for $75.36. After about 3 days I received an order number. After about 10 days I received a tracking number for China Post. I went to an EMS (Expedited Mail Service) site and entered the tracking number and found it was estimated to arrive between 2 - 13 and 2 - 18. The shipment arrived on 2 - 12. Big Problem. What I received was a worthless gold ring --- definitely not a toaster oven. Ironically, the next day I received my credit card statement and found it was billed through Illinois Pork Producers. Too late for my money but I offer this advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR.
