Report

Advertises 30 day money back guarantee but when you send it back they claim they never received item. They tell you to insure package so you can file a claim with USPS instead of them given you a refund. product online claims to be made in Italy, when you receive item it clearly has made in china sticker. Return policy states if you are not completely satisfied you may return in 30 days. False advertisement is reason enough for returning, but mine was broken upon delivery also. They fight the credit card company from taking the money back, so you are left with no merchandise and a bill you have to pay.
