I sign a contract for Solar Panels. Company name is Swift Energy Solar in Fresno. I was told it was a Loan, Goverment Program. Pabels were Installed, but Souther Ca. Edison Disconected the panels due to a problem with connection informarion that could not be provided. I am now billed by S.C.E. and panels are not working. I tried to contact Hector but no Answer. Emails not returned.
