The caller said his name was Robert from Health and Human services. He said that I had been selected by the Government to receive $14,100.23 and that I was eligible because I was not a criminal, hadn't filed bankruptcy and had paid my taxes for several years. He told me to verify that they were going to send paperwork to my address, which I confirmed and all I had to do was give him the last 4 digits of my social security number. I told him to give me his phone number and I would call him back. He said not until I verified the last 4 digits of my social security number I told him it wasn't going to happen and he hung up on me.
