I ordered a product from their website. I received an email confirming the order. Then I received an email saying my order had been shipped and it provided me with a FedEx tracking number. I then received an email that the product had been delivered. It had not been delivered. When I tracked using the FedEx tracking they had emailed me it showed that it had been delivered in a completely different state. When I called FedEx they said the tracking number did not even match a product from that company and it didn’t match my name either. When I called the company I kept getting a recording that I should leave a message. I emailed several different times and never heard back. I called again and someone answered very unprofessionally and said someone would be contacting me. I haven’t heard back from anyone from the company either by phone or by email and I have not received my product that I paid for. I filed a claim with my bank.
