They used a fraudulent website that basically copies a legitimate website and business. I was looking to order a product from the "Happy Nappers" (plural) website after I saw an ad on TV for their products, but mistakenly clicked on "Happy Napper" (singular) website. The fraudulent website listed the same products (basically) so I didn't notice the difference between the 2 names. After ordering and giving my credit card number the emails I received about confirmation and shipping looked weird. I also received a text asking for me for my address which I had already given. I grew suspicious and not receiving my order after a reasonable period of time and started my own investigation. I then realized the difference in the name of the website I ordered from. I sent a message through the contact system on their website and have gotten no response. I called the p[hone number listed on their website and it goes straight to a voicemail. They have not return my call. I put in the shipping tracking number they gave me in one of their emails they sent me into the tracking function on their website and it results in nothing. I reported the situation to my bank who did there own investigation and they have refunded my money and reissued my credit card.
