Fresh Salt Agency had a breach of contract for social media work and development of our website. We were promised a launch date of 3 months which turned into 7 months. Even at launch the website was not as promised. Asked for changes to be done, some were; most were not. Asked for server info, never granted. Ghosted us on communication and meetings. We will need to compensate someone another $3,000+ to create a new working website. Fresh Salt shut down the website presence for over 2 months and hijacked all of our potential leads/clients leading to loss of revenues of well over $500k.

We attempted several approaches to amicably settle this but Fresh Salt is not interested. We will be filing paperwork with our attorney.

Fresh Salt Agency had a breach of contract for social media work (SMM) of $1,200 quarterly marketing package cost of $1,332, and cost of rebuilding my new website for business **** ** **. He did not complete services paid for both social media and marketing, and I have written texts that services would be refunded, however, Fresh Salt Agency did not provide a refund. Fresh Salt Agency did not provide access or handover website/personal property as promised, and as a result **** ** ** needed to contract a new website developer to rebuild website for business costing an additional $3,000. Fresh Salt Agency was unresponsive and did not show up to scheduled business meetings over the course of 7 weeks when work was due. As provided in evidence by text messages, he continued to lie and make excuses for his undelivered and absent work such as "strep throat", "psychosis due to Lyme disease", and "mental instability". Fresh Salt Agency was connected with new website developer to give access to business website, which he promised he would and provided inaccurate server information not allowing access to the website.
