Order never arrived and they refused to give a proper refund

Placed an order from Fresh-acorn (fresh-acorn.com) for $52. It never arrived. They could not provide USPS tracking info. Said the package was delivered. It was not. I have video proof and all mail goes to a secured room in the building. They provided no proof of delivery. Then proceeded to go back and forth with me via email ([email protected]) and different names every time trying to not refund my money, Then they continued to barter the refund %. Then when i threatened litigation they accepted the full refund request. Then they didn't provide confirmation of refund action . Then they said it didn't go through and they'll do it again and it become all too obvious that they were prepared to keep doing this over and over again as long as it took until I gave up. So i reported them to my bank and now I am reporting them to BBB.
