Home refinancing targeting veterans to a better interest rate of 3.99% and 35k cashout. Paid 1500 to cover preliminary title report, opening escrow. Processing loan disclosure, property appraisal and notary public services. At first they communicated with me then they promised to call back and nothing called many times and get his voice mail no callbacks. This is a scam that was confirmed by my current mortgage company.

I was contacted via phone by Luke Anderson (818-527-3807), who informed me that Joseph Anthoney was going to contact me once I was approved for the refinance and could pull money out due to my large amount of equity. Joseph contacted me and sent me an email that included a Borrower(s) Certification and Clients Authorization Form, Certification of Application Information and a Financial Worksheet. Joseph also stated I would need to pay $1500 in fees before the contract would begin. Joseph told me to look over the information this weekend an he would call me back on Monday.
