Clients responded to a mailer promising a complimentary meal. They were badgered into signing a contract for a new living trust. They returned the following day to cancel the contract and were yelled at by the agent. The paperwork promised an immediate refund with no hassles. They have not yet received a refund and were told that they could be denied by the corporate headquarters.
