Well guess I learned my lesson!
I usually read reviews before I make a purchase from a business I don’t know anything about. But didn’t this time.
So I ordered a shirt Feb.19th. Weeks have gone by. No ETA on the order. So I emailed the owners twice. No response. So now I’ve got PayPal involved. They’ve emailed my complaint to them. Still no response. So today I went on a site showing reviews of this business. Wow! All terrible reviews. Forbidden Geek sound like a business that take peoples money, but does not like to send the product! I actually saw a few reviews, the story is identical to my own. These people ordered a shirt from them, and have emailed them. No response. It’s been over a month on some cases where these poor customers haven’t had an email response back, and have not received the product. That is just poor business practices. I don’t know how a place like this is still in business. Glad I payed with PayPal. Cause no matter what I’ll at least get refunded. Lesson learned!
