I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter. They arrived from

china (when I was under the impression they were coming from Ca) and they smelled like chemicals so badly you could smell it before you opened the package.

I tried to call them and the number didn’t work, and none of their social media accounts work.

Scam...order placed 12/2/2022 for shoes. Confirmation email arrived 12/4/2022 10-15 day shipping with tracking number. Item arrived at another scam company Fast Track Shipping on 12/14/2022 in Grand Prairie, Tx. However after further investigation there is no Fast Track in Grand Prairie Texas. Both companies list numerous phone numbers on their sites but none work. Many inconsistencies found on web pages after investigating and trying to contact someone. Email contact...response given was that package is in transit and nothing they can do.
