And then nothing. The tracking information was only the electronic ino they submitted, they didn't really ship anything (and still haven't).
I contacted them via email; received no response.
They have social media pages on facebook and instagram, and I posted a negative review on facebook (solely for their shipping, making it clear that I hadn't tried the product itself yet since I hadn't received it), and I noticed that many other people had also recently posted similar negative reviews about not having received their orders. (Surprisingly, lots of earlier reviews were positive.)
A few days later, they removed the reviews section from their facebook page and sent me a direct message saying that I should message them with the order information and they will look into it right away. I thanked them for looking into my case and supplied them the requested information.
And then nothing again. The message info shows that it hasn't even been read by them yet. And then they deleted their own direct message to me to which I had replied.
So it looks like they're scamming people into buying their products but not sending them any.
