My daughter found a dress online and sent me the website, Fisdy.com. I didn’t do my due diligence with checking the site. I did look up their return policy. Once I placed the order, for a total of $52, I received an email confirmation with a tracking link. About a week later I checked and it was coming from China, even though the website used Seattle as its location. We did receive a dress in the mail and it was not what the product even looked like with very poor material. I attempted to reach customer service at [email protected] but the website was down. For the last few weeks I have tried going back to their website and nothing. A message pops up that their site is down or “this is embarrassing” message.
