https://www.featheredshops.com/ is a scam website that sells high-end down products for cheap. I'm surprised that it uses the Feathered Friends brand and log on its website and is able to get away with it. Feathered Friends is only based in Seattle, WA. In addition to FF brands, it claims to sell other outdoor brands on sale, e.g. Arc'teryx and other mostly pacific west coast guidebooks.

After making purchase on the web, it will send a confirmation email with order #, along with phone number for customer service. I called the number as soon as I realized I was scammed to cancel the order. I spoke with 2 persons assuring me that it has been canceled but did not get any cancellation order. A day after I received 2 unapproved charges on my credit card and I had to call my bank to cancel the card right away.
