I purchased a round trip airline ticket thru Farehutz on 8/9/23 from Louisville, KY to Sacramento, CA departing August 24 returning September 2, I had to leave earlier than the 24th due to the death of my Mother on the 16th Aug. Which I had to buy another oneway from Louisville to Sacramento on the 17th Aug. I went to the Sacramento airport on the 2nd Sep when checking in at the Spirit Airlines they notified me that I was not booked on any flight. Contacted Farehutz @ 866-503-8818 they told me that a manager would contacte on the 3rd Sep. have not received any call or email from them.

On 5 Sept 23 I called 866-503-8818 to speak to a manager and was told to call 844-723-8598 after 2 hours.
