T-shirt website claiming free and easy returns and 100% customer satisfaction, with return terms stated on their site. When customer attempts to make a return under these terms, company refuses. Offers partial refunds, offers more products, anything but money back for a return. They claim “shipping and production costs are too high, please understand,” but they advertise return possibilities on their site.
