Type of a scam Romance

I started to chat with someone in the internet, Adam4Adam.com. Two days later we were texting, then we started using "hangouts application" Without meeting in person, we started a romance relationship. Three weeks later I wanted to meet him in person. Unfortunately, we were unable to meet, because, he told me that he was send to Afghanistan on confidential mission. While they were raiding a "safe house" in Afghanistan. They found 1.5M in USA Dollars cash and bars of gold. According him, the Military kept the cash and they give him and his mate the gold. The military even told him of what logistics company to use for the delivery of gold back to the USA. The company is Falcon Shipping Vault & Logistics. My romance man convinced me to pay about $11K USA dollars to Falcon Logistics for the delivery of the parcel(gold) to my address, since he did not have the money to pay for it himself while in Afghanistan. A few week later he told me that there is the need to pay to obtain an ownership certificate of the gold required by the Government of Afghanistan. Again, I ended up paying up close to $ 50K for it. Back to my romance man, he went silent for almost three weeks, after I had paid for the ownership certificate, only to found out later that he had been attacked in Iraq and he was in coma for almost three weeks in a hospital in somewhere in Iraq. He requested me to upgrade him to a private ward, which I declined it. Three weeks ago, I received an email from Falcon Logistics asking me for $30K to pay for a "tax in transit bill" required by the Government of Canada as the parcel with gold is on Hold in Toronto, Canada Customs. I'm not going to do that. On meantime my romance man seems to be recovering somewhere in Iraq, and he has requested me to pay the $30K to Falcon and he will need $$$ to pay the hospital bills. My romance man keeps telling me that he is coming back home (he has declined to tell me of where he lives, after I have asked him for it about seven or eight times). We have been texting back and for most of the time. He keeps telling me that he is coming home since Nov 2019. After the three weeks he was silent, then I got a call from a doctor telling me that my romance man had been in coma and he was waking up. The doctor used my romance man's phone (Hangouts application) to place the call. A week later I received an email from the same doctor (personal email address) requesting my approval to upgrade my romance man to a private ward. I had replied him by asking him for specific information about my man situation and location and I still haven’t heard from him.

In addition, the several payments(wire trasnfer) I had made to Falcon were under different people's names, different banks and also on diferents location within the USA. Also the communication with Falcon and myself is through emails only and the payments are in cash or cashier's check.

I’m afraid that my romance man may be doing the same thing to other naïve people like me.

I have been thinking to notify and or report them to the FBI.
