I believe this is a fraudulent online merchant site. The prices appear to be deeply discounted, and there is no contact info aside from a single email address. When I entered credit card numbers, I received an error message claiming the daily limit for this card was reached, and telling me to use a different card or PayPal. There was no PayPal option available. I entered another card, this time a debit card, and received the same message. I have frozen both cards at this time, and I would like to make sure others avoid this scam.
