This is a great remote part-time/full-time online job helping Riot-Blockchain update data and providing free training. I'm writing to bring to your attention a critical and urgent matter regarding a data breach and attempted scam I experienced on April 9, 2025. A scammer impersonated Michael Conway from BlueRock's HR department, contacting me via phone and email about a fake job offer.
Incident Details
1. Fake job offer: The scammer sent a convincing job offer with benefits and payment details.
2. Fake e-check: I received a fraudulent e-check for $3400.00.
Concerns and Questions
1. Lack of transparency: Why didn't BlueRock Therapeutics publicly warn potential victims despite being aware of the scam?
2. Data breach: How did the scammers access my LinkedIn profile and obtain my personal data?
Demands for Immediate Action
1. Investigate and address security vulnerabilities: Take immediate action to prevent further incidents.
2. Public warning: Issue a public warning about the scam to protect potential victims.
3. Strengthen data protection policies: Review and enhance data protection policies to prevent similar incidents.

I have no idea what Bonanza is and have not sent out any resumes, online or otherwise in over 10 years. I don’t know what they are looking to get out of me, but it is not legit.
