The SCAMMER goes by the name of David Kirega. He claims to have Dogs (Pugs) for sale for $650.  He asks for a $150.00 deposit to hold the dog and for paperwork.  Once you make the payment and ask to meet with him to make the rest of the payment and receive the dog. He says he needs another deposit of $100.00 To initiate the paperwork. He asks for the payment to be through Cash App or Google Pay. I told him I did not feel comfortable transferring any more money. That I would pay the rest of the balance in cash when he gives me the dog. He texted me back saying he would never cheat me out of my money. Blah, Blah, Blah! I told him no more money!. either meet me and give me the dog and you'll give the remaining balance of $500 Cash. Or refund me the $150 that I gave you. I haven't heard back from him. He is probable out there stealing someone else's money.
