Dataneia took $40.99 from my bank account for a weed eater I purchased through an advertisement on Facebook, which is no longer available. I received an order number (DATANEIA206930230952959) and a tracking number (FM6635688642CN). However, the courier, FEIMA, shows that the tracking information cannot be found. They took my money, but I never received the product. There is no phone number available, and I have not received a response to the only email address provided.
