Centennial Med Supply LLC., 1805 S. Bellaire St. Ste. 480-01, Denver CO 80222-4305, telephone number (720) 986-4960 is charging me for medical services / equipment never ordered. I am receiving statements from Medicare showing these fraudulent charges. The ordering physician, Yussein Aguirre, is not my doctor. Medicare is paying the bill not knowing it is fraudulent.
