RECEVIED LETTER BY MAIL ADVISING MY BUSINESS IS REQUIRED BY FEDERAL LAW TO POST A CURRENT COMPLIANT LABOR LAW POSTER IN THE WORKPLACE, ADVISED FINES IF NOT DONE, LISTED FEDERAL LAWS (UNSURE IF REAL OR NOT), AND ADVISED TO RETURN THE BOTTOM PORTION OF THE FORM ALONG WITH THE $92.58 DOCUMENT PROCESSING FEE. PHONE NUMBER IS 855-213-7210, BUT NO EMAIL OR WEBSITE ADDRESS. THERE IS NO FORM NUMBER (MOST GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS HAVE A FORM NUMBER THAT CAN BE LOOKED UP). ONLY ACCEPT CHECK OR MONEY ORDER. ADDRESS ON RETURN ENVELOPE WAS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT THAN THE ADDRESS ON THE LETTERHEAD.
