He tricked us with cute pictures said we would purchase puppy for 700.00. He had us send partial payment of 300.00 and the balance would be due at delivery --- we sent the 300.00 and 2 min later sent text saying we had to pay the remaining balance before they would deliver puppy. At that point I asked to have my money refunded and we would not be doing business together. NEVER RECEIVED REFUND!! And I still have no puppy ??
