This individual promotes services for eyebrows that she does not in fact complete . She is also not licensed to be using any of the products to provide the service. She makes “clients” pay for service through site but never actually books the appointment just keeps the money and then block the person who’s just paid for a service they were hoping for. She goes by Sabella Ortiz but her actual name is Amanda Ortiz I believe she has multiple addresses listed as her place of business. Another address is 44 Lawton ave Oviedo Florida
